Nicole Maida
                                 Nicole accumulated 15 hours of community college while still in high school and she is now
                                 going into her fourth year at the University of Central Oklahoma. Her GPA is an impressive
                                 3.86. After this year, she intends to pursue a Master’s degree with a focus in Cardiac and Stroke
                                 Rehabilitation Specialization.

                                 Nicole has been very active in her community. She has participated in Girl Scouts, church
                                 activities and was awarded a varsity letter in golf. While in college, she has been on the honor
                                 roll at OCU all three years of her enrollment.



                                 Teagan Whiteside
                                 Teagan is pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. She wants to combine her love for the
                                 theater and mechanical engineering. She is fascinated with how the stage in constructed and
                                 operated. Among many other activities, she has been the technical director for every play that
                                 her school produced for the last three years. While in high school, she has maintained a GPA
                                 of 4.39 (weighted average).

                                 In additions to the Drama Club, Teegan has been active in the International Thespian Society,
                                 the High School Marching Band and she has been in the Girl Scouts since kindergarten. She
                                 was awarded the United States President’s Award for Educational Excellence in recognition of
                                 outstanding excellence in 2021, as well as a number of other academic awards.


            Congratulations to these scholarship recipients. You are an inspiration
            to all and NERA wishes you continued success. NERA and USAA are

            honored to be part of your educational journey.
